Hey, here comes the sun again! What a relief! It really poured yesterday. I can’t wait for the great weather to stick, so I can leave my umbrella where it belongs, in my car! Today’s update will cover the Los Alamos & Guadalupe Real Estate markets.

Next up is the Los Alamos real estate market. This tiny little town has 15 homes currently on the resale market, and 2 homes pending or contingent.  In the past 30 days, no new listings, and 2 homes sold.  The most expensive home sold there was on Hill Street; it was a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, built in 2003.

The Guadalupe housing market is steadily moving along.  At present, there are 20 homes on the market, and 4 homes pending.  In the past 30 days, 6 homes were placed on the market, and one home sold.  That home was located in the Point Sal Dunes area and the selling price was $389,000.

Remember, I have up to date information on the central coast real estate market here on my blog.  Please check in every day for updates.  Also, if you have questions about the local area, please do not hesitate to contact me on my cell at 805.878.9879.  If you plan on relocating to the beautiful central coast, I would love to help you take advatage of the recent changes in our real estate market.
