The homes were built approximately 15 years ago and feature tile roofs and 2 car garages. The development is surrounded by other popular developments, Cherry Blossom Ranch, Essex at Willow Creek, and the gated community of Regency Estates. Hidden Pines offers convenient access to Highway 101 and is walking distance to Presiker Park. The association fee is about $65 – $75 per month. The last resale I found for the development was a bank owned 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1400 square foot home which sold for $200,000 on January 30, 2009.
